dishwasher won't run

Model Number: quiet series Brand: Maytag Age: 1 - 5 years

Hi, I have a Maytag Quiet Series 300, model# MDB8600AWB, It has power, the motor tested good, the 15 micro-farad capacitor tested good, but it just doesn't start up and do anything, otherwise everything looks normal.
