I could not even imagine that the modle number will be behind the lower draw, thanks for pointing it out the modle number was GW395LEPB00. The color is Black.

Wow thats expensive, is that because the membrane cannot be purchased separate I have to buy the whole control panel?

Can I just replace the membrane? Once I receive a reply I will place the order.

I have a different experience. When I bought the unit from Best Buy I had $99 5 year warranty. My unit blew up on the 4th year and 8th monthā€¦ I could not get my warranty used because they said it expired the next day I bought it.???

I was shocked, but found latter my wife did a price adjustment the following day I bought it, and they missed to put the warranty back onā€¦ Lesson learned. Re-check your bills if you are doing a price adjustment.
