I put a thermometer in the fridge. It fluctuates depending on where I put it but the bottom left will be below 30 at times I have the fridge set to 38 I thinking the temp probe or the damper.

Test the thermistors (one in the fresh food, freezer, and ice maker compartments) I am attaching the tech data sheet for your model for reference.

In the FF would that be the ambient sensor or the FF sensor in the air tower ?

I figured out the difference of the sensors. The FF needs to be checked. Could you provide the part numbers for the sensor and the damper with fan?

The FF cover and fan assembly is [AP7631024] and the sensor is [AP3185407]

Here is my question. Is there a damper door? or is it just a fan ? If the fan isn’t working wouldn’t it mean the FF would be too warm rather than too cold? Or is it possible that the fan is running constantly ? I guess I am asking how to test to see if the fan needs to be replaced. And Can I just replace the fan rather than the entire cover?
