RCA Washer won't spin

Same question as posted by sidfink43 for a roper washer but in this case is an RCA. Washer does everything but spin

[FONT=Times New Roman][SIZE=3][COLOR=#000000]If its not pumping out it may be something hung in the pump this will also prevent it from spinning. To check this first remove all the water you can from the tub. Then remove the front panel to the right of the tub on the bottom of the washer you should see the pump. Remove the hose (be prepared for water) and feel inside the pump for something that may be clogging it.[/COLOR][/SIZE][/FONT]
