there is not a shut off arm? but i let it get cold again in the freezer and voltage came up to 120 the i jumped the test ports with a wire like you suggested and the arms or motor rotated1/2 turn and stopped?
Did you remove the jumper after a half of a revolution?
The temperature bellow 10°F is very important for ice maker performance.

HI. Hopefully you still check this thread 
I have a kitchen aid KSRP25F. When flap on left closed the LED light is solid red. When flap open the LED blinks red twice, pause, blink twice, pause etc…
Help please?
