Ice dispenser auger motor keeps running

Brand: Whirlpool
Model Number: WRX735SDHZ00
Main Symptom: Ice dispenser auger motor keeping running
What happens & when: Whenever there is power connected to the main ice maker assembly the auger motor continues to spin even when the ice dispense button on the front of the refrigerator isn’t being pressed.

The other day when I was attempting to get ice from the ice machine the ice shoot got jammed and once I stopped pressing the ice dispense button the auger motor continued to run. Ever since then, the auger motor continuously runs. I have done a fully power cycle reset on it (cut off the power for 10 mins and then plugged it back in), I also took out the entire ice maker assembly and had the entire unit cleaned and defrosted, I have also tried replacing the ice maker assembly but I am now starting to think its possibly a bad relay on either the main board or the user interface board. I’m not 100% sure which board actually controls the auger motor so I am trying to figure out which board I should purchase to help fix the issue.

I am attaching the tech sheet for this model. The shematic shows there is a switch activated by the paddle for the ice. This is located on the UI board to operated the dispenser motor. https://www.appliancepartspros.com/
