I replaced the damper control box because the damper would not open and the fridge stayed warm. Now the freezer is 0 degrees but the refrigerator is below 30 degrees. The refrigerator seems to run continually and the damper doesn’t seem to close no matter how cold the fridge is, therefore allowing cold air to continuously be pumped into the fridge. I have tried to turn the fresh food control knob down (warmer) but this doesn’t help.

I am not sure what you mean by “damper control box”
Did you replace the fresh food thermostat (Item F21 in Section 5) or the actual damper (Item 115 in Section 5)?
The manual has a pretty good explanation how this works.
Control box kit was

damper remains open until defrost cycle, no matter how cold the fridge is.
When defrost cycle is complete, condenser starts, freezer fan starts, damper opens and closes numerous times before it decides to stay open.
damper remains open again until next defrost cycle continuing to pump cold air into fridge. Cannot get fridge above 30 degrees.

Yes I just tried the link and the same thing happened.
But when I signed in and then went to it I was able to download it. Must be something weird with the site.
