Hi Pedro,

It sounds like the bearings may have gone bad if you’re hearing a grinding noise during both the spin and agitation cycles. That’s a common sign of worn bearings.

I also found a service bulletin that applies to these models and may be related to the issue you’re experiencing. I’ve posted it here: Service Pointer W11520474 Rev A. Please take a look through it, as it may help confirm the problem and guide you on the next steps.

Hello, i did what the bulletin suggested. I can still hear the noise.

Hi,

I found one more service pointer that may be helpful, and I’ve attached it for you to review.

Based on what you’ve described, it really sounds like the bearings may be failing. A worn bearing can cause excessive noise, vibration, and other issues similar to what you’re experiencing.

If possible, could you send a video of the noise? Hearing it can help narrow down whether it’s the bearings or something else. We’ll go from there once I can take a look.

Hi pedro2,

I haven’t received any videos yet. Could you try posting them here again? Once I can see them, I’ll be happy to take a look and help you figure out what’s going on.
