Ge GTD72EBSN0WS dead from one day to the next. display is dead

Main Symptom:NO POWER. DISPLAY DEAD.
What happens & when: from one day to the next wont turn on. the display is dead.

Error Code (if any):no error codes. screen wont turn on

Parts or tests already tried: tested what i believe to be 2 thermostats, one on the left (orange and red wire) and the one to the right (pink wires) and thermistor (yellow wires). the thermostats had continuity and the thermistor. Will a failed thermistor keep the dryer from getting power?

I am not aware of any thermal fuse or thermostat that would keep the display from coming on. I would check voltage at the terminal block. from black to white, 120 vac, from red to white, 120 vac, black to red 240 vac. If the voltage is correct, you may have lost the main control board.
