H20 is a water supply code. Could you give us more information on what is going on with the appliance? Is it filling? Does it seem to run the whole cycle? When are you getting that code? etc.
The H2O code is right after you start the dishwasher. The dishes are not getting clean and the soap dispenser is not opening up. I’m not sure if it runs the whole cycle. Nothing is getting hot in the dishwasher..
I’ve ordered a heating element, but I think it needs something else
That sounds like it either isn’t filling properly, thinks it isn’t filling, or the it isn’t circulating water correctly. Not heating may very well be a symptom, if the unit cannot “see” water it won’t turn on the heater in a cycle, plus it sounds like the cycle is stopping early since the dispenser isn’t open. It could be a bad valve not letting in water, a bad circulation pump not moving the water, the pressure sensor not reading properly, or even something in the sump keeping the diverter from allowing position changes between upper and lower. My suspect is the pressure sensor but I’d run some checks first.
I’m attaching the tech sheet for this model, I’d run the service mode test and check to see what is going on. Yours is the “ 3 or more pads” style.

And also the service manual if you want to get a bit more in-depth.

Thank you I will try these things and see if it fixes it
