Would appreciate any help you can give me.
The dual burner on the right front of the cooktop has only the small burner working. How can I determine what part to order or what part should I order? Thanks for your help.

Hi Bob,

The problem can be a bad heating element or a bad switch for this burner. You have to check both parts for continuity in order to minimize the cost of repair. The mini-manual should be inside the control panel.

Gene,

Thank you very much. I'll try the continuity check.
