Last time it work for 1 month and the time before it work for 2 weeks. we unplug it for 24 hours and plug it back in and it worked. When it is not cooling the compressor was running but the fan was not running.

Which fan - inside the freezer or on the back of the refrigerator? How hot on touch was the compressor at that time?
