I assume the water valve is located towards the bottom on the back of the fridge? I haven't even looked yet. If the water feeding tube is frozen, you have to defrost it and using a hair dryer is a good idea. Frozen tube is just a result but the cause is a bad water valve which has to be replaced to fix this problem. Yes, the water inlet valve is located on the back of the refrigerator. Gene.
