I need an answer. My dryer won't start but the timer runs. I think it may be thermal fuse. If it is do I have to replace the thermostat too. I also need a diagram for this model. Also see previous message.

Short the wires going to the narrow, white thermal fuse on the blower housing, then verify the dryer is working, then order a new one.
