Water leaks out of back of freezer and freezes to bottom of freezer and then runs out onto floor. Defrosted and cleaned out but still does it. Help:(

This is a side by side fridge which means the drain is probably plugged.
It might be something in the hole inside the freezer at the back.

If not it might be in the back of the fridge after you remove the back panel.
You will have to look for a hose coming out from the cabinet.
It's normally hard plastic.
Might be hard to get off.
After it's off. I have an air tank with attachments to blow into drains.
That way I know it's clear.
Sometimes the drain hoses go down and touch the pan and get clogged.
You will have to blow into it somehow to make sure it's clear.

I also use the tank to blow into the hole going from the inside of the freezer to the drain in the bottom.
