I had an issue with my dishwasher losing power and stopped working. we replaced a broken door handle, it ran two cycles and stopped working. i will push buttons on it each day and normally there is no power lighting any buttons up. periodically it will get power and i can run one cycle. usually once every 2 wks. what would cause it to have intermittent power to it? when it runs, it works fine. it's just after it runs a cycle that's it till who knows when....

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for MAYTAG MDB9750AWW Dishwasher - Undercounter | AppliancePartsPros.com

Here is a manual

And a tech sheet

Since it ran a couple times after you replaced the latch I would start there.
Could be one of the interlock switches is not closing reliably.

Also check the wires going from the control panel to under the unit.

Some time ago I had a run of units where the wire nuts connecting the unit to power had bad connections so I would also check there.

Be sure to remove power to the unit when working on it.
