Gene got 3 new washers in today all 3 have the same problem they will not let in water in any mode. Didn't get a chance to check them out thougth you may have hear of some new timer or or switch problems.

Checked them this morning, ALL had defective water temperature switches. Tried 4 different parts sources (including Whirlpool) all were out of stock. Whirlpool site showed NLA on one screen and on order on another. Sounds like a high failure item. Why would a manufacturer install a high failure rate item on a new product????????

Hi Earl, According to the Whirlpool service pointer issued on June 1 of this year the cause of the problem could the out of calibration software in the ATC. Gene.
