replaced control board according to another forum and broken latch cleaned with glisten run thru the first cycle with glisten finished and now control board is not working appears to be shorted or burnt out like the orginal any ideas hate to dump another $100 plus and it burn out again

Start by checking the integrity of your electrical connections. Sometimes the wires will pull loose and cause voltage surges.
