I have the same issue with my KitchenAid side by side model # KSRS27FGSS13. When I looked up the part diffuser number you listed, it doesn't list my model number. What is the part number for my unit?

You can find the complete removal and installation instructions for air diffuser in this Service manual.

Hopefully this post http://forum.appliancepartspros...control-box-removal.html will help you to find the way on how to remove the control box.

- The part number for the air diffuser is AP3046080

You may want to perform the air baffle (diffuser) diagnosis test as described in the Tech sheet before you order any parts.

The part number for the air diffuser for your refrigerator is the same as I posted earlier and you can use the same disassembly instructions.

- The air diffuser Part number: AP3046080

Side by side, 2004-2005? Started getting warm, disconnected, then restarted next day. Cooling and freezing. Week later again. Moved outside and cleaned coils, not dirty, still not cooling. Possible main computer issues? Please advise....

Sounds like there is a problem with the defrost system. You can find more useful information in one of our previous threads: http://forum.appliancepartspros...frigerator-too-warm.html. It's long but you have to read the first and third pages (at least).

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Replacement parts for General Electric GSS20IEPHWH Refrigerator | AppliancePartsPros.com
