Hi,

I read several posts and followed suggestions to check. It seems to do with defrost timer. When I pressed on the switch with the freezer door open, the freezer fan was still running. But if I did the same for the other door (refrigerator), the fan stopped. The problem for me is I can not locate the defrost timer. I opened the lower end in the back and found only condenser and compressor. I also tried to open the panel covering the coil and found nothing. Could you help me locate where the defrost timer is.
