I just received a new timer installed it and it does the same thing as old timer it fills it agitates and stops

Why did you decide to replace the timer?

Most common cause of such problem is a bad lid switch (#11 on the break down diagram). Bypass the lid switch and see if the washer will drain and spin.

thanks for the reply I replaced the timer because I figured that everything started with the timer I did not ask anyone first next time I will how do you by pass that switch? thanks:) :)
