Our GE washer fills okay during the wash cycle but when it comes to the rinse cycle it won't fill at all or just drips a little bit. I tried replacing the control assembly (on the advice of the local appliance shop) but it didn't solve the problem. I've ordered a pressure switch to see if that solves the problem. Anyone have any ideas what else could be the solution? Thanks in advance.

It sounds like your water valve is clogged up on the cold water side.
