there is frost and ice build-up from the shoot at the bottom of the ice tub and a lot of build-up in the ice shoot leading to the door dispenser. I thought it might be the door gasket, but there is no moisture around the gasket. Do you know what is happening to cause this? There is no other ice build up in the freezer except in this location. Thx

Warm air is getting into the chute, probably around the flapper. Defrost it and see if that fixes your problem. If not, you may need to replace this part. It's #62 in the diagram. Replacement parts for General Electric PSS26MGPABB Refrigerator | AppliancePartsPros.com
