The circulator failed on my 5-6 yr old bosck dishwasher. I ordered a new pump and tried replacing it, I got 99% of the way through and then broke the tab on the plastic base plate of the pump that keeps the motor from turning too far relative to the motor. I just ordered a mew base plate - any suggestions on how to remove the bad pump base and install the new? There does not seem to be any obvious way that it comes apart.
