how does the belt thread around idle pulley,drum,motor.

I have this model, too. Inherited with the house we bought two months ago. Worked well until the belt fell off the other day. I opened it up and found the belt loose and the one item (angeled bracket with white guide-wheel on it) lying on the bottom of the dryer, clearly not where it was supposed to be. I don't know what to call this item, but it clearly is meant to apply tension to the belt. I couldn't figure out where to slip it back into place, but I found your drawing and will give it a shot this weekend. Thanks!
BTW, do you know if the bracket/guide is meant to be screwed in place? I can tell that it is meant to be slipped into a slot at the bottom of the chassis, but the bracket also has what looks like a screw-hole in it. Is it meant to be attached to the chassis with a screw or peg?
