My older model gas dryer will not heat. It has an electric igniter. Everything else is working fine, except the heating element. How can I fix this, and will it be very exspensive? Thanks

Flame sensor This guy over the years will develop an open circuit and not allow for the igniter to come on. SublimeMasterJW attached the following image(s):

The fuse mounts on that burner chamber where the flames enters. If the ignitor is open it is bad. If the dryer works just a little but quits heating then replace these: SublimeMasterJW attached the following image(s):
