My electric dryer has 4 drying settings: Extra Low, Low, Med, High. The low setting is not drying completely. Other settings work ok. Lint not a problem.

I understand you say lint is not a problem, but does this mean you have cleaned out both the vent to the outside and the lint chute? The lint chute in these machines can get very clogged over time, so it is important to keep it clear.
If air flow is sufficient it may be that you heating element is too weak to dry at the lowest setting.

Thanks sidfink43, you were right, the vent pipe to the outside had the start of a buildup deep inside from a mouse or chipmunk bringing in pine needles, nuts & grass. I cleaned it and put a big enough screen to keep animals from getting in but allowing lint to flow out. Thakn you again.
