I just received ar replacment upper rack for my dishwasher with a bag of parts and NO instructions or even a picture showing how the parts are to be assembled. Can you please provide me with instructions or at least a picture so that I can put the parts on the rack and use it.

No, I did not throw away the old rack. There are several small parts in the bag that were not on my old rack.

I would take my camera to the nearest appliance store that sells the same model, and take photos of a similar rack system for reference.
