my icemaker floods my freezer, from the icetray filler tube. i think the pressure is too strong. do i need a pressure regulator? or what?

Loosen the water line to the water solenoid in the back of fridge. and check the water pressure, if good pressure, replace the water solenoid. Also, make sure there is no voltage going to it from the ice maker.
