The ice has been going over the backside of the frezer compartment. We took it out and found a flat white plastic cover of some sort, with little flaps, that look like they hook over something. The part has a DWG
# 2304353 and below that # is a 010769. We don't know where this part goes. Can you help?

It attaches to the metal arm of the ice maker. Due to the height of the icemaker this keeps the icemaker from making too much ice and overflowing.

Thanks also bhough56 for the solution. I was wondering why so many ice cubes were being made.
