Water over fills, Will drain on spin cycle

Check you hose to your water level switch. Make sure it's clear. Then the next thing is to check you switch.
If you hook a hose up to it you should be able to blow on it and check the Contacts with a VOM to see if it switches. That doens't really mean it works right. you would need to determine what pressure is needed to detect a full load. The Switch is only 60 bucks.
