what is a thermal limiter, if it is tripped can it be reset, where is it located??? any help would be appreciated:)

A thermal limiter, aka thermal fuse (#36 on the break down diagram) is not resettable safety device. It has to be replaced if it's open.

- The part number for the thermal limiter is AP2108182

Here are the break down diagrams for the Frigidaire dryer Model GLET1041AS1
