Your thermal fuse will shut down the machine if it is blown, so I doubt if that is your problem.

The wire to the limit thermostat may well be a problem. check it for continuity. If there is any question about it, replace it. If you need to, talk to APP about it (we who respond here are volunteers and are not connected with the parts operations of the company) They are usually very good about any parts issues.

You also want to check to see that you are getting 120v to each side of the connection block.

If everything checks out, and your vents are clear (the most common problem with lack of heating is an obstructed vent either inside or outside the dryer) then check your heating element. You are looking for 9-10 ohms, clean wires with no breaks or sags.
