Leaks very slow but seems consistent to the point that it gathers at bottom of fridg. as well as upper shelve. Can the panel on top come off for cleaning? unclogging? or ? Alcon

I would want to pull the freezer evaporator cover (#16) and the freezer floor cover (#25) out. and check for ice build up. There’s a good chance you will find ice underneath the freezer floor cover.
