Dishwasher won't fill with water. The dishwasher worked one day and then not the next. The electronic panel works-ie cycle can be selected and the time runs down, and the drain function works. The water supply line, float, and float switch have been checked and appear fine. Also there appears to be no burned or broken wires. As far as I can tell the spinning arms inside of the machine are not moving either (no sound). I do have a meter to check current flow. What is the next troubleshooting step?
Thanks cas

Check if there is 120V to the water inlet valve while the control calls for water. You have to remove wires from one of the water valve terminals before testing. If there is 120V - replace the water inlet valve. If there is no 120V then check the wires and replace the control board. - The part number for the water inlet valve is AP178686 - The part number for the control board is AP3158621 Here are the break down diagrams for the Maytag dishwasher Model MDB7100AWWGene.
