My idler/pulley can fell off and i dont know where it goes or how to get it there. i pulled the top off and can see the drum, pulled the back off and see the wiring and blower. how do i get access to what i need and where does this go? do i need to pull the drum off?

Ahhhh! So, I need to "spring" the idler up...and the belt actually does a loop through the frame of the Idler?
