The Freezer Does Not Get Cold Enough To Freeze Ice Cream. Icemaker Does Make Ice Cubes. Every Time I Open The Freeze Door The Fan Is Running. Refrig Appears To Go Into Defrost Every So Many Hours. The Food In The Fresh Food Area Seems To Be Cold. What Is The Cause Why The Ice Cream Gets Soft.

If no frost on the freezer back panel, you have refrigeration problems for a pro. to look at.
