Good Day! My clothes mover has been moving not as fast as it did in the past. So I went to take the clothes mover apart but noticed it had this screw that I did not have proper tools to remove so I went to Lowe's to purchase an 'extenstion' for the socket so I was able to remove the screw. But now the Base and the Clothes mover is attached so how do I remove the clothes mover and replace it. Or should I have purchased the 'repair kit' instead of the Clothes Mover? HELP! Is there some special tool I need to remove the clothes mover from the base? Thanks for your assistance!

Very likely the problem is a bad agitator dogs, so the repair kit should fix it. The instructions are attached to the reply. - The agitator repair kit Part number: AP3138838

Will this same repair kit work on Whirlpool model #LQS9010LW2. The top agitator does not work and I don't want to have to replace the entire assembly.
