I was hit with a power surge that came thru my MOV and fried most of my low voltage circuits. I have power to the dishwasher but none of the lights come on and it wont cycle. I tried the reset procedure in the manual but I assume the control board is fried?

There is no control boards in your dishwasher. You have to check all power lines in the dishwasher from the junction box behind the toe panel to the timer and pushbutton switch in the control panel.
