My side by side is deforsting the freezer and the refridge is not staying cold. I have alredy replaced the defrost thermostate switch and that worked for about a month and now it is happening again. What else could be causing this:confused:

Is there a snow or frost on the rear panel in the freezer?

If the answer is "Yes", then perform the troubleshooting as described in one of our previous threads: http://forum.appliancepartspros...igerator-too-warm-3.html, in the reply addressed to bohemian.
