My dryer will not start. When I push the button it doesn't do anything. It is not the breaker or the outlet. The light turns on inside the dryer. I was told it might be the thermal fuse and I would like to check that but I need to know exactly where it is located.

Very likely the problem is a bad thermal fuse (thermal cut-off). It is shown as #9 on the diagram. You have to remove the rear panel to access it. You may want to check it for continuity before you order the part.
