:mad: washer fills, motor just buzzes after that will not run in any cycle. could it be motor switch,,,, or motor$$$$.

First thing I would do is check to see if something is stuck in the pump ... This would cause your motor to not turn and buzz like you discribed

nothing in pump,,, changed coupler,,,, ran till i shut it off,, then buzzing again,,, lol i'll take it apart again and look at trany. all that is left i guess. ty. if u think of anything else give me a shout,, ty again

If your pump and tranny turn in both directions freely, I would look into possible low or no voltage at your motors start capacitor. (shown below)

if the capacitor is at fault whould the motor run hot???

With the motor disconnected from the pump and tranny, does it turn freely by hand in both directions?

Your motor will get hot if tries to start and cant due to a start capasitor issue... I would test it first before we say your motor needs to be replaced.
