My frontload washer will not agitate or spin. It will fill with water and pump water out if I manully advance the cycle. I can advance it to refill with water, but I can't manually advance it to agitate or spin.

I replaced the timer (frigidaire # 131802100) thinking it would fix the problem. Do you think it it needs a new speed control board (frigidaire # 131770700)?

Remove the lower kick panel and pull out the data sheet. You will find a diagnosis for this problem.
