I have purchased a new dryer heating element and have been told by the sale technician that it should have some OHM reading greater than zero? Is this a correct statement?
I used an OHM reading meter to test the original heating element and the new heating element and I received the same reading on both. I am confused.
Any guidance and/or information provided would be appreciated.
Thank you.
