HOW DO I GO ABOUT CHECKING THE DEFROSTER TIMER AND/OR THE THERMOSTAT? I HAVE WORKED ON A LOT OF DIFFERENT APPLIANCES BUT NOT REFRIGERATORS. :confused:

Remove the back panel in the freezer and check the defrost thermostat for continuity when there is no frost. Replace if it's closed. - The part number for the defrost thermostat is AP2150024 Here are the break down diagrams for the Frigidaire refrigerator Model FRT21INLHW0 Gene.
