I have a maytag dishwasher model number MDB7600AWW that will not start up. I got it used and it worked for a while but now i can not start it. I can select the different cycles and the LEDs light up above them but the start button does not seem to work. The handle/latch broke and has already been replaced already. I found what i think is a service manual online that had a demo mode to test but that does not seem to function. Any ideas?

Here is the tech sheet and the service manual. I was not sure which one you had so included both.

Try the other diagnostic routines to see if you can get into any of them.

Check that the power is getting through the door switches to the control board.
Check the keypad switches with a meter.
If the above are OK then odds are high that your control board is toast.
