Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 11/17/2009(UTC) Posts: 2		Hi I have a Jenn Air CVG 2420B and can replace it with a CVGX2423B. The problem is that I have had several problems with the fan switch on my current model and am worried to replace it with another stove with the same faulty part. Is there a replacement for this part # AP367072 that would work with the Jennair CVGX2423B? What does the grommet, that is available, do, ie part #AP4292546 ? Thanks so much

You would have to check with the parts people at AppliancePartsPros to clarify the difference. As far as I can see the grommet fits into the hole for the switch so that there is some give, so the glass does not crack with expansion/contraction.
