A Model Number may help other help you.

Often this is a plugged freezer drain tube.
Water created during defrost usually drips down in to a funnel like device at the top back of the fresh food section. Then out the back down to the tray under the unit. If the tube is plugged it drips down into the fresh food section and then onto the floor.
