KitchenAid - Model # KSRP25FTSS The ice doesn't come out of the door. I also cannot lift the ice bin out of it's receptacle. Ice is being made OK, it just feels like it is frozen somewhere. There is no ice jamming the delivery chute (that I find). The motor to start the thingamabob that rotates inside the bin starts then stops almost immediatly, like there is too much of a load there. I was wondering if I raise the temp of the freezer tp say 7 degrees, might this fix it? If not, what advice might anyone have??? John

FIXED!!! I took a hair dryer and an ice pick. I emptied all of the ice from the bin and I aimed the hair dryer to the bottom of the bin. I gingerly used an ice pick to loosen the ice in the mechanism, and in about 10 minutes I was able to get the bin off of the door. From there I used the hair dryer to get rid of all of the ice that was jamming it up. I'm glad I saved a $69 service call. BUMP
