Freezer coils in back of freezer compartment keeps iceing over, freezer stays cold but Fefrig want stay cold. Turn of unit and defrost coils and will run for a few days and freezer ices up again. Is there a thermostat or something gone bad, I would like help in repairing.

Dave,

Most likely the problem is a bad Adaptive Defrost Control (#13 on the diagram). This is most common problem with all Maytag (Jenn Air is a part of Maytag) refrigerators.
